Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $250 to the US and Canada. Orders under $250 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Refund & Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Non-returnable items: Spray-on liner services, custom-cut products, and items that have been installed or show signs of use cannot be returned. All manufacturer warranties are honoured on every brand we carry.
